The conditions for refund and return of goods are outlined with the aim of providing customers with a satisfactory post-sales experience. Phutawan has established guidelines, procedures, and service measures related to refund and product return as follows:

Conditions and reasons for product return : Customers can request a refund and/or return of goods only in the following situations:

  • "Damaged Goods": Goods received by customers with visible damage upon arrival, believed to be caused by the company or packaging process.
  • "Expired Goods": Goods that have reached their expiration date.
  • "Incomplete Goods": Goods received by customers that are not complete according to the order details.
  • "Not as Described": Goods received by customers that do not match the specified information or details, such as incorrect size or model.
  • "Wrong Goods Received": Goods received by customers that do not match the ordered items.

In the event customers encounter the above situations, Please required to contact the customer service department within 14 days of receiving the goods. Customers should provide order details, order numbers, images of damaged goods, and a description of the issue.

Once the customer service department confirms the customer's request, the customer should return the goods to the specified address within 7 days. The returned goods must be in their original condition, with intact packaging, labels, gift and tags. Phutawan will cover the return shipping cost, and customers will receive a refund later.

Goods that have been altered, damaged, incomplete upon return, or have an expiration period exceeding 7 days after the customer's confirmation from the customer service department will not be eligible for return or refund.

Goods not eligible for return or refund: .

  • Discounted or promotional items, including free gifts.
  • Goods damaged due to customer use.
  • Goods not meeting customer satisfaction due to customer use.
  • Goods without order verification or payment receipts.

Steps to request a refund/product return:

  • Customers can submit a request by contacting the customer service department, providing order details, order numbers, and images or documents showing the condition of the goods.
  • After the customer service department accepts the request, customers should follow the recommended packaging instructions and send the goods to the specified address via registered or EMS mail.

Once we receive the customer's parcel, we will inspect the received goods and process the refund as quickly as possible. Customers will receive their refund within 4 weeks after we receive the parcel. We will not proceed with compensation if we have not received the returned goods as agreed upon.

Refund process:

Compensation for returned goods will be processed within 4 weeks after receiving the returned goods. The timing of compensation may vary depending on the time of receiving the goods, verifying the received goods, confirming the return, and the bank processing the refund.

Customers not receiving the goods will be refunded 45 days after the goods have been shipped. Customers are required to contact customer service with evidence, information, order channels, and order numbers to initiate the refund process.
